Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds due to the nature of pharmaceutical products and patient safety regulations. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
